We want to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery to all NZ destinations is NZ$6.99 Flat rate.
We post all our orders from Sydney and they are sent by Intenational Air Mail with Australia Post & NZ Post. Delivery can take 4-11 working days after posting, please allow extra time in busy periods like December. There is no tracking available on NZ shipments.

International shipping is available to all other countries ($9.99). We will send your parcel via International Air Mail which can take 1-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your country. There is no tracking available.

International orders can also be sent by DHL Express or equivalent. The price is $40+. Please email online@diva.net.au to arrange shipments by express courier.

We gladly accept returns of any products purchased online. You can return products to your local diva store or post them to our online store. Products that are unworn or faulty can be returned for a refund or exchanged with original proof of purchase.
