We post all our orders from Sydney, Australia. When checking out, you can choose from two shipping options: International Air Mail (NZ$6.99) is sent via Australia Post and is available to all NZ destinations. International Air Mail takes approximately 4-10 Business Days and is not a tracked service. Express Air Mail (NZ$30.76) is sent via DHL and is available to all NZ destinations. DHL takes approximately 1-2 business days and is a tracked service.

We gladly accept returns of any products purchased online. You can return products to your local Australian or NZ store or post them to our online store. Products that are unworn or faulty can be returned for a refund or exchanged with original proof of purchase. Items purchased online in countries other than Australia or NZ can be returned only via the diva online store.
