Diva will gladly exchange or refund your purchase if:
You change your mind, or are not 100% satisfied with the product, or the product is faulty.
Return/Exchange of product for change of mind:
If you change your mind, the product must be in original condition of purchase (i.e. not worn and on original diva tag).
To return your item to one of our stores: Return the item/s and receipt to your local/most convenient Australia or New Zealand diva store.

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of the product you would like to exchange for, your order will be processed within 72 hours (weekdays). Please return the item/s in the original packaging to ensure they arrive in original purchase condition.
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item. Unfortunately diva will not be held accountable for any items lost in the mail. diva will pay the freight charges for returning and replacing a product in the event it is faulty (please see Return of Faulty Product for details).
The customer will incur the freight charges for re-delivery of exchanged products (except where faulty) and this will be charged to the original payment method.
Return of Faulty Product:
You can return a faulty product to any of stores by taking in your product and receipt for a full refund, exchange for the same style, or exchange for another product. If you wish to return the product via our online store, please fill out the Returns/Exchanges form. diva will process your return within 48 hours of receiving goods (during business hours, see Shipping & Delivery). We will refund your return postage cost from your original payment.
