Diva will gladly exchange or refund your purchase if:
You change your mind, or are not 100% satisfied with the product, or the product is faulty.
Return/Exchange of product for change of mind:
If you change your mind, the product must be in original condition of purchase (i.e. not worn and on original diva tag).
To return your item to one of our stores: Return the item/s and receipt to your local/most convenient Australia or New Zealand diva store.
For our Australian customers, returns to our online store are free.To return your item online:

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item. Unfortunately diva will not be held accountable for any items lost in the mail.

Return of Faulty Product:
You can return a faulty product to any of our Australian or NZ stores by taking in your product and receipt for a full refund, exchange for the same style, or exchange for another product. If you wish to return the product via our online store, please fill out the Returns/Exchanges form. diva will process your return within 48 hours of receiving goods (during business hours, see Shipping & Delivery). For Australian customers, returns are free via our reply paid postage service. For international customers, diva will pay the freight charges for returning and replacing a product in the event it is faulty (please see Return of Faulty Product for details). However, for international customers, the postage costs for change of mind returns are at the customers discretion.
